The polar bear :

The polar bear lives in the Arctic, North pole. It has beautiful, soft and white furry skin which  helps it to to keep warm in the very cold climate of the North pole.

Polar bears are very good hunters and swimmers. They stay all year around, hunting for seals. They can swim and dive well and they can smell the seals from several kilometers away. Male polar bears stay most of the time alone looking for food while the female takes care of the cubs.

They are mainly in danger from hunters.
